THERE'S FANTASY, THERE'S FALLACY.

It drove him insane that she had hair the colour of night and eyes the colour of black coffee, and it drove him that sometimes she touched snow. It was just.. she was just.

Lolita was a painting in black and white, staring at him through the underside of broken glass.

I wanted to live when the sun burst into nothing and I wanted to be the last one breathing when the Earth would destroy itself in a hundred billion years and the inevitability of the fact that I would miss out and that I would never get to the infinite always made me sad.

But you, you make me okay with the kind of limit.

She was forgettable, but he'd remember her.

Lolita blushed. Rose gold.

You're made of diamonds, aren't you?

Her eyes were like a disaster - a car crash, raw, unearthing.

Lolita, why do you look at people like they are stories waiting to be written? Can you write me?

SWEECHY.

Sweechy is a business student at Carl H. Lindner College of Business at University of Cincinnati, with a specialisation in Finance and worked in Investment Research at FEG. Currently, she's my co-founder at Pash.

Even if I wanted to, I couldn't possibly write down all my favourite memories with Swe. But the only one that fits might be just this: I met her on the school bus in 7th grade and the first thing I said to her was, "You are so beautiful." Her response to that was laughter; laughter that has grown familiar over a decade of conversations, sleepovers and memories.

But with this, I hope you saw what I saw all those years ago.
