OUT, AND AWAY INTO THE SKY.
Looking up into the endless sky, written in the stars and on her heart, she saw that she would be able to to find a geographical place to call home.
This set has two sections, all of which are shot on iPhone XS and iPhone 7. The actual Sar Pass is all in black and white while some shots of the trek are in colour. No reason at all.
SAR LAKE.
Two humans.
Small creatures in a vast world.
Men carry bags at the Pass.
Mortals at the edge of the world.
So many dreams under one sky.
We can climb this one.
And the next one. And the next.
Atomic.
The world ended around that corner.
We began.
Frozen.
In time and motion.
CAMP, SAR PASS.
Storms approach us.
I collect hot chocolate spots.
And then I watch as winds sweep what was there only moments ago.
What lies over this hill? And the next one?
The clouds part just before the sunset.
I watch as my view transforms, over and over again.
The valley.
This love has no ceiling.
Really.
And then we knew nothing but clear skies.
And valleys full of pretty flowers.
